Please use the NHS App or SystmOnline to order online.
Completing a form from the surgery.
Please let us know your nominated pharmacy, whilst this can be changed if needed all* prescriptions are sent directly to the pharmacy.
This saves us and you time and reduces paper waste.
(* There are some drugs that require a signed paper copy)
We are sorry that we cannot accept prescription requests by telephone.
*If you forget to order your medication in time then your pharmacist may be able to provide you with an emergency supply. If this is not possible, please let us know via the number above. They, and our doctors, will try to expedite your request. Our doctors would be grateful if patients could refrain from using on the day appointments for urgent medication requests. It is unnecessary and reduces appointment availability for other patients.
Repeat Dispensing
For those patients who are on regular medication and are stable on all of their repeat medication and have been for some time, Repeat Dispensing may be an option. If the Doctor thinks that you are clinically appropriate then they can issue prescriptions at intervals of up to one year depending on the medication. You will need to decide on a Pharmacy where you would like to collect your prescription and complete a form from the Surgery. You will then be issued with prescriptions to last you until the review date. These will need to be handed to the Pharmacy who will issue your medication on a monthly basis.
