You can book appointment to see a GP via your online service. One GP appointment is allocated a 10 minute slot - this should be for one problem only.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if it is no longer required so that someone else can use it.
REPEAT MEDICATION
ORDER YOUR REPEAT MEDICATION IN ADVANCE
When you order your repeat medication, the practice require 48hours to process your request. All requests need to be checked and signed by a GP. The practice is NOT able to take requests for SAME DAY REPEAT MEDICATION.
QUESTIONNAIRES
The practice are always looking to ascertain patients opinions and from time to time the practice will add a questionnaire to the online services. It would be very helpful if you are able to participate by completing these questionnaires where possible to help us improve our service.
SUMMARY RECORD ACCESS
This facility allows you to view details of the following:
- allergies
- drug sensitivities
- acute medication (issued in the last 12 months)
- repeat medication (current and past)
