Practice Area

The practice covers an area of approximately 3 square miles from Oldbury Road in Rowley Regis to Quinton Road West (A456) and from Long Lane in Hurst Green to Thimblemill Road in Smethwick.

Since moving to Brandhall, we no longer accept patients from areas beyond these boundaries, although we still retain some patients outside the area who were registered with us prior to our moving premises from Pound Close.

Reception staff will assist if you have any queries regarding the area we cover; there is also a map of the practice area available in reception.

Since April 1999 the practice has been included in the governing arrangements for the NHS and is now part of Sandwell Primary Care Trust. We are, therefore, a Sandwell responsible general practice even though we have patients living in Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham residential boroughs.

If a patient is currently living within the inner boundary and moves within the outer boundary, the patient(s) can continue to be registered with this practice. However only new patients living within the inner boundary will be accepted.
