New! Weekend GP and Nurse appointments
Weekend GP and Nurse appointments are now available for all patients registered within Castle Point and Rochford CCG. Appointments are available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays across the below times.
- GP appointments: 9am to 3pm
- Nurse appointments 9am to 2pm
The appointments will be held at:
- Audley Mills Surgery, 57 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, SS6 7JF
- Hawkesbury Road Surgery, 1A Hawkesbury Road, Canvey SS8 0EX
