WE HAVE UPDATED OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM SO NOW PATIENTS WHEN THEY CALL KNOW WHERE THEY ARE IN THE QUEUE. WE HAVE INSTALLED SELF CHECK IN SO PATIENTS CAN ARRIVE THEMSELVES. THEY CAN ALSO UPDATE TELEPHONE NUMBERS, SMOKING STATUS AND USING FRIENDS & FAMILY TELL US HOW WE ARE DOING ON THE SELF CHECK IN.

WE ARE ALSO STILL ENCOURAGING PATIENTS TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE BOOKING FOR EASE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND LOOKING AT PATHOLOGY RESULTS
