Christmas and New Year Closure
The surgery will be closed on the following days over the Christmas period:
Monday 25th December 2023
Tuesday 26th December 2023
Monday 1st January 2024
The surgery will be open as normal on all other working days.

Winter Vaccine Update:
From 15th December 2023 the national booking service, NHS app and 119 will be closed for winter vaccine bookings.
If you are eligible for a vaccine please ensure you book this before 14th December 2023.
All eligible patients are now invited to book their winter flu vaccines
Free flu vaccines are available for:-
- Patients who are over 65 years of age (or will have turned 65 before 31st March 2024)
- Patients aged 6 months to under 65 years in clinical risk groups
- Pregnant women
- Those in long stay residential care homes
- Carers in receipt of a carers allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
- Close contacts of immunosuppressed individuals
All patients who are eligible will receive a text message and can book their appointments through either of the following methods:

If you do not want a flu vaccine this year please can you let us know.
Children
All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31st August 2023 will also be called for their free nasal spray.

Urine samples left at reception desk
Please note that urine samples can no longer be accepted by our Navigators unless the sample has been requested by a doctor or nurse. Safe testing and interpretation can only be provided if a doctor or nurse recommends a test. If you believe you need any form of medical test please arrange a nurse or doctor appointment to allow for a proper assessment and management plan.
