Chaperones
A chaperoning service is available. Should you wish to be accompanied by a chaperone during your consultation please inform one of our Receptionists who will organise this for you.
Patients are also welcome to attend any appointment accompanied by a friend or relative if they find this helpful.
Mother and Baby
Health Visitors are based at the Ray Allen Centre, 1 Stanhope Road, Ashford TN23 5RN. Please contact them on 01233 649000 over any issues you may have.
Drop-in clinics are available to all at The Family Club Baptist Church, Brookfield Road every Wednesday between 1.30 pm and 3.00 pm.
Immunisation appointments will be sent to you from the surgery.
Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times by appointment with our nurses.
We run a flu vaccination clinic commencing in October. Ask at reception for further information.
Diabetic
By appointment with our Practice Nurses.
Contraceptive Services
A full range of contraceptive services is provided. Please see receptionist to make an appointment with one of the Practice Nurses or Doctors to disccuss your individual needs.

Emergency Contraception
Requests for emergency contraception will be dealt with on an urgent basis. If you telephone the surgery you will be entered on the telephone triage system and thus will be contacted the same day and offered the next available appointment.
If it is not possible for you to attend the surgery emergency contraception advice can be obtained as detailed below:

Chlamydia Screening
Chlamydia screening is available free of charge at the Practice for under 25s. Please ask the doctor or nurse for further details.
Smoking Cessation
Call your local NHS stop smoking service on 0800 849 4444 who can arrange free one-to-one or group based advice. Alternatively speak to your GP for advice.
Minor Surgery
Dr Kelly, Dr Raj and Dr Komlosi perform minor surgery procedures. Patients requiring a minor surgery procedure must arrange a routine appointment with either of these doctors in order for the problem to be assessed.
Appointment at the next available clinic will be sent to you once routinely assessed.
Post Natal Checks
Are arranged via the Practice and an appointment will be sent to you.
Physiotherapy
If you require physiotherapy you must first see your doctor who will refer you as necessary.
