Patient Feedback Report 2018/19

 

The focus of our Patient Survey 2018/19 was themed around our online presence and how patients feel about this.

Our report contains the detail of the feedback that we have received via the survey responses.  We are grateful to all of our patients who have taken the time to provide feedback so that we can monitor and improve the service that we provide.

Patient Feedback Report 2017/18

 

The focus of our Patient Survey 2017/18 was themed around checking understanding about and auditing access to same-day, urgent appointments with our GP team.

As a result of this year's survey we have agreed with our Patient Participation Group that we will :

  • Update our Patient Information Leaflet - Your Appointments - to include reference to alternative routes to care that might be appropriate to consider is some situations.
  • Our GP team will continue to encourage and educate patients to consider alternative means for accessing care when they have been seen in an urgent appointment that was not necessary from the perspective of the clinician.
