Patient feedback and views are important to us and we welcome hearing from you at any time.

The Practice undertakes patient surveys from time to time with the help and assistance of the Patient Group, we hope that as many patients as possible will feel able to participate in these.

There are no plans to undertake a survey at this time but if you wish to comment on any of our services you can do so in writing or email or by phone. You do not have to give us your name if you don't want to but unless you tell us who you are we are not able to reply to your comments.
