Travel Vaccinations	By Appointment - you will be asked to complete a travel questionnaire before seeing the Nurse. This will help the Nurse prepare for your appointment. Please complete the Travel Risk Assessment form and return it to the surgery before booking your appointment. Travel Risk Assessment form for completion and return to meadowsclun@nhs.net
Family Planning	By Appointment in advance. It is usually undertaken on a Monday afternoon but if this is not possible please ask.
Chronic Disease Clinics	Chronic Disease clinics are held most days with our nurses. Please ask reception for the next available clinic.
Phlebotomy/HCA Clinics	We run phlebotomy clinics everyday Monday - Friday
Minor Surgery	By Appointment - please book through reception
