Patient Questionnaire Responses
We received a total of 366 responses to questionnaires following appointments at the surgery in January. We would like to thank patients for taking time to complete these, and a summary of the results and a selection of the positive comments from our patients is below. We will be looking further at comments where issues with our service were raised to see where we can improve.
