Midwife Zoe Golden – Zoe is a member of the High Peak Maternity Team and is the midwife for patients registered at Thornbrook Surgery. She works here every Tuesday. Clinical Pharmacist Mr Riaz Ahmed Riaz is a clinical pharmacist working for High Peak PCN and is based primarily at Thornbrook Surgery. He gained his expertise working in community pharmacy before he made the decision to move sector to work for the High peak PCN in 2020. He has a special interest in supporting patients with Long Term Conditions, as well as Deprescribing of medicines. He feels privileged to bring his medicines expertise to benefit patients at Thornbrook surgery. Stephen Davidson is the physiotherapist at Chapel he is a Mobile Physio and works in the community. Although some consultants from 3VH see patients at out surgery, they are a separate organisation to our Practice. Health Visitors A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing. |
