Access to the surgery

Thornbrook Surgery is based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, in Derbyshire.  Our surgeries are designed to provide easy access for patients with mobility problems. 

Getting to and from the Surgery 

Car parking facilities are available.

The local charity Connex offers transport at cost to and from the surgery if you have no access to transport, you can contact them on 01298 23970 and ask for the Transport Dept.

If you need a taxi home from the surgery, notify the receptionist, who will arrange for one for you.

In accordance with the NHS contract all patients will be allocated a named GP, who will be responsible for your overall care.  You are still free to make an appointment with any GP at the practice.
