From the 1st April 2015 all practices were required to allocate a named accountable GP to their patients, including children.
All our patients who were registered before this date have been allocated a GP, and all new patients registering after this date will be informed who their named GP is at registration.
You will be advised of your named GP on your repeat prescription forms, and in any letters you receive from the surgery. Please feel free to ask your doctor, nurse or one of our receptionists if you are unsure who your named GP is.
Please be assured, this will not affect your ability to make an appointment, or speak with any doctor in the practice, and should you express a wish to be changed to a different GP we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Between them, our Doctors are able to converse in a range of foreign languages. These are:
Polish, Romanian, German, Russian, Punjabi and Urdu
We also have a telephone translation service available at the surgery.
