Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered at anytime online via our patient access or drop the right-hand side of your prescriptions into our postbox at the front door of the surgery. Alternatively you can order via our prescription phone line Monday - Friday 11am-12pm. 

Please allow 48 hours notice for all repeat prescriptions!

For prescription recommendation from the hospital, please allow 72 hours (3 working days) for the letter to reach us and a further 48 hours (2 working days) for us to process the request.  If the consultant/practitioner deems the prescription as urgent, they will arrange for this to be dispensed via the hospital pharmacy.
