Virtual Self Management Courses
In response to the impact of the ongoing pandemic and people not being able to access their normal face to face support, we have been offering our Virtual Stanford Accredited Self Management courses to help people manage their condition and symptoms well. Our courses are facilitated by two trained tutors, living with their own conditions and these cover the symptom cycle and how to break this by using suggestions from the self management toolbox and ultimately, encouraging action plans to be set to sustain the new behaviours learned as part of this course.
