Practice Catchment Area    

Our Practice area covers all of the West Bridgford, Gamston and Edwalton areas (with NG2 and NG12 postcodes).  It does not include the NG12 areas of Tollerton and Bassingfield.

In order to provide a high standard of home visit care we are unable to take from outside this area.

Also to maintain continuity of care we are unable to take NG11 postcodes as some of these fall under the umbrella of Nottingham City and our practice comes under the Rushcliffe Area.

 You will need to be within the catchment area of the Practice to register with us - please see above. 

Temporary Residents

If any friends or relatives are staying with you and need a doctor we will be happy to see them as temporary residents.

All the necessary documents for registration can be found on the links below.  Please print off the forms, complete and bring into the surgery.  If you are unable to print off the forms in advance, you can request them at reception. 

NB: Please supply photo I.D. and proof of address
