You can now register as a carer at the surgery. To do this please go to reception where you will be given a carer pack with helpful information and contact numbers, some of which are listed below. By registering as a carer, we can discuss confidential medical information regarding the patient that is being cared for, and we will be able to contact you to discuss medical matters.
