On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and the Data Processing Act 2018 come into force.

National Data Opt Out.
Also on 25th May the NHS Digital launches the National Data Opt Out.

Patient Partner 24/7 Automated Telephone system.  

Book appointments  using just the buttons on your telephone - you do not need a PIN.   Telephone the surgery day or night and choose Option 1.  If you also follow our instructions to create a Patient Partner PIN you will be able to use the system to order repeat prescriptions and check /change /  cancel existing appointments.

National Data Opt Out (NDOO)

Also on 25th May the NHS Digital launches the National Data Opt Out. You can choose whether to allow NHS Digital to use your confidential data for Research and Planning.

Confidential information means information that identifies you and says something about your health, care or treatment.
