Patient Partner 24/7 Automated Telephone system.
Book appointments using just the buttons on your telephone - you do not need a PIN. Telephone the surgery day or night and choose Option 1. If you also follow our instructions to create a Patient Partner PIN you will be able to use the system to order repeat prescriptions and check /change / cancel existing appointments.
