New Patient Registration

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept new patients at Craneswater Group Practice. This is currently a temporary measure and we hope to be able to reopen out patient list soon. 

We are able to register the following: patients that already have family members registered with us and live at the same address, Special circumstances and new babies where the mother is already a patient with us. 

Please note during this time Trafalgar Medical Centre are currently taking on new patients and they have a surgery located on Highlands Road, Southsea and Osbourne Road, Southsea. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
