Patients who have previously used EMIS Access to book appointments or order repeat medication will now have to sign up again to use this service. If you have a nominated pharmacy for repeat prescriptions this will not have changed.
If you wish to notify us of a change of address please contact reception. If you have moved outside our catchment area we may advise you to register with a new practice.
