The surgery does not routinely telephone patients with their results. If you wish to obtain information on your last test, please ring the surgery line after 11.30am when the lines are less busy.
Please allow 3 working days before ringing to enquire. For reasons of confidentiality, information can only be given to the patients themselves. Please ring the normal surgery phone number 01420 477968. Enquiries about tests ordered by the hospital should be directed to the hospital, not the practice
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
