Online Services

You are able to see more detail within your medical record as part of an enhanced online service offering. This change means:

  • New online applications will automatically have access to this enhanced information once approved by your GP
  • Existing online users will need to complete an application form so that their GP can approve the enhanced settings being applied to your service
  • To protect the confidentiality of patients under the age of 16, online services will no longer be available for patients under this age

Online Consult -Round the Clock Access to Healthcare Information

You can now access a wealth of health advice that’s clinically tailored to your symptoms.

Online Consult allows you to check your symptoms, receive medical advice and submit a health request directly to your GP through an online portal at any time of day or night. It’s simple to use and easily accessible via our practice website, so there’s no need to wait in phone queues.

How does Online Consult work?

Simply fill in a health enquiry form outlining your symptoms. You’ll then be directed to information articles and videos advising you on how to treat your symptoms and what you may need to do next. The forms are quick and easy to use and tailored to give you help and advice that’s specific to your condition.

Your completed form will be sent to us so that we can review the information provided and advise you on the most appropriate next step.

Due to the many different types of nurse appointments we offer at the surgery we are unable to offer online booking for these. Please contact us by telephone as normal to book an appointment with one of our nurses.

Cancelling Appointments

If you wish to cancel an appointment we would ask that you do that online as soon as possible so that the time can be made available to another patient in need.

Alternatively appointments can be cancelled by telephone on 0161 928 9621.
