The Friends and Family Test is a single question patient survey which asks you as an existing patient at the practice to say how likely you would be to recommend our surgery to your friends and family.
There is also a free text response box to enable you to state the reason why you have given the rating that you have.
The survey is anonymous, but we may publish some of the general comments made in the free text box - there is the option to decline your authority for us to do this if you wish.
The survey is available to complete via the tab at the foot of our homepage on this website,or alternatively in paper format via the response box in our waiting room.
We will publish our ratings and a selection of comments on this website and in our waiting room periodically.
