eConsult via SystmConnect
eConsult is an online consultation tool where you can ask your GP questions and receive an online reply, or contact us regarding any administrative matters you may have.
eConsult is for ROUTINE, non-urgent matters only. Anything urgent you should contact the practice on 01202 772540. Do please be aware that anything that is urgent that goes through this system will be rejected and you will be asked to call the surgery.
We will contact you within 48 hours to let you know when the GP will respond, but please do be aware that the GP will respond to you ROUTINELY which could be in a few weeks time.
