CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2016, PATIENTS WILL NOT BEEN SEEN IF THEY ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT.

At their last meeting our Patient Participation Group raised the problem of clinics running late.

In an effort to help with this, as of 1^st September 2016, patients who arrive later than 10 minutes for their appointment with a GP, Nurse or HCA will not be seen and will have to book a further appointment.

Currently patients arriving up to 20minutes late for their appointment are still being seen, however this greatly impacts the running time of the clinics and patients who have arrive on time for their appointments.

We are hopeful that this will improve the waiting times to be seen. If you have any further suggestions, or would like to join our Patient Participation Group, please let us know.
