Dear Patients

Routine appointments can be booked up to 1 month in advance online or via phone. Urgent queries can only be made by phone.

Please Note:

Our telephone lines are mostly busy during these times 8am – 11am & 3pm – 6pm and you may experience longer

waiting times!

Following on from patient feedback we will be changing the way we offer our appointments.

To ensure you are given an appointment with the most appropriate person. We ask you to co-operate with our Care Navigation trained reception staff who will ask you questions in order to allocate the most appropriate appointment to you.

Alternatively, please see our new ‘Self Help’ section in the further information section of our website for common ailments that can be self-managed without the need for an appointment.

If you have an urgent issue please speak to a member of staff and answer all questions asked so that we can help you. Staff will be following a protocol to ensure urgent issues are dealt with accordingly.

Kind Regards

Hope Newcombe
