NEW - Detailed Coded Record View

GP practices are now required to offer online access to detailed information from the GP record, i.e. information held in coded form, where requested by the patient by 31st March 2016.

All new patients requesting to register for online services will need to request access to their detailed coded medical record as well.

On receiving your request, the practice will need to enable access to the detailed view at individual patient level. This will only be done at the patient’s request and following a clinical review of their record, and in accordance with our practice policy.

If you already have an on-line account, you will receive a message asking if you would like to request access to your detailed coded record view. The requests will be processed as above.
