Surgery Updates 05/04/23

As of Tuesday 11th April you will now be able to call and book a face to face appointment with any GP. And you can do this up to 1 week in advance. We have decided to move away from telephone consultation in the main as our patients feedback have expressed  more face to face access. However if it suits your needs or time constraints to have a Telephone consultation this can be accommodated by informing the staff at the time of booking.

In addition we have a new phone system, the newest part of this is the introduction of the results line. This will be open Mon-Fri 10-12, please call only for your results during this time and our staff will help your enquiry.

Covid Boosters, Flu, Shingles, Pneumococcal and HPV vaccines

All of the above vaccines will be done in the community. If you are entitled to the vaccines you will receive an invite directly from the Health Board. Please do not contact the surgery regarding appointments.
