When We Are Closed

For out-of- hours home visits, advice or consultations contact the Out-of-Hours service on 111 This service is available from Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 8am, and 24 hours on  Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays

The New Urgent Care Centre is located in the new build at New Cross Hospital Wolverhampton. This is open 24 hours a day and is for emergencies. This is a triage service where patients will be triaged and then directed to either the doctors within the care centre or directed to Accident and Emergency

Please note that most telephone calls to the out-of-hours service are recorded to monitor standards of service.

Since closing the surgery on a Thursday afternoon from April 2015 we are covered by Wolverhampton Doctors on Call. They will see any of our patients or visit them if necessary whilst we are closed. Their contact number is 01902 902613.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
