With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
The Practice is part of the Unity Hub. Unity Hub offer doctors appointments on a weekday between 18.30 and 20.00. Also Saturday and Sunday between 08.00 - 14.00. These appointments can be pre-booked booked through the surgery . You may be offered an appointment with a practice nurse, pharmacist, advanced nurse practitioner or a doctor .Patients consent will be needed to share your information before booking . These appointments can be used as normal GP appointments if you are unable to get into surgery during the week and also emergency appointments on the day.
We have signed a shared agreement giving Unity access to your medical information ie Medication and active problems to enable them to prescribe. This information is only viewable for 28 days to them then it will cease.

we will not share your name or where you live. Any other data that could directly identify you, for example NHS number, General Practice Local Patient number full postcode or date of birth, these are replaced with unique codes which are produced by de-identification software before data is shared with NHS digital. This process is called pseudonymisation and means that no one will be able to directly identify you in the data
Data that will be shared
data on sex, ethnicity,
clinical codes and data about diagnoses, symptoms, observations and test results, allergies, medications, immunisations, including information abut your physical health and mental and sexual health
Data that we will not share
your name, address (except your postcode in unique coded form)
written notes ( free text) such as details of conversations with doctors and nurses
images , letters and documents
coded data - due to its age ( over ten years old) for example, medication, referrals and appointment data
coded data that we are not permitted to share by law , for example certain codes about IVF treatment and certain information abut gender reassignement
