During the pandemic we will be telephone triaging patients before offering a face to face appointment 

All consultations with the doctor and the nurse are by appointment only (except in the case of emergencies).  Please contact the reception staff during surgery hours to make an appointment. (Urgent cases will be seen at the discretion of the doctor).

Appointments with the midwife are by appointment

Appointments with the Phlebotomist are by appointment

This is on hold during the pandemic and patients are advised to book in their blood tests with local phlebotomy clinics 

UNITY HUB 

The Practice is part of the Unity Hub.  Unity Hub offers doctors appointments on a weekday between 18.30 - 20.00, also Saturday and Sunday between 08.00 - 14.00 . Unity are also available on Bank Holidays.   You may be offered an appointment with a practice nurse, pharmacist, advanced nurse practitioner or a doctor, patients consent will be needed to share your information with Unity to allow them to access your medical records. These appointments can be used as routine appointments if you are unable to get into the surgery during the week and also emergency appointments on the day.These appointments can be pre-booked through the surgery

Online Appointments

Patients can book online appointments. This can be organised through reception who will give you patient access rights.

The pressure on the doctor varies from day to day, but if she decides that your case is sufficiently urgent you will always be seen on the same day.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you don’t attend or give us notice that you cannot make the appointment on three occasions, we may ask you to find another doctor.
