We recently carried out an Improving Practice Questionnaire.  The aim of this patient survey was to highlight areas of the practice that we can improve upon. 

86% of our patients rated us as Good, Very Good or Excellent

Throughout January, we collected data for the 2018 survey.

The survey produced some very encouraging results including an overall 93.59% satisfaction rate across all areas of the practices services being rated as good or better (compared with 90.4% in 2017)
