Together4healthcare PCN Board Members:

Each GP Practice is allocated one core board membership, the core board members are direct representatives of the GP practice, be a direct employee of the GP Practice or a GP who is a Partner, sole practitioner, or managing director of a GP practice.

Core Board Members are nominated and elected every year at a general meeting of the PCN. 

Additional board members are appointed or reappointed by core board members by a majority vote of the board members and are unable to vote unless given a proxy vote by a core board members.

Dr Nikesh Gupta -Clinical Lead - Care Homes and Cancer

Dr Kanjana Paramanathan - Clinical Lead - Social prescribing

Dr Amandeep Suthi - Clinical Lead - CVD Prevention

Dr Gurwinder Baidwan - Clinical Lead - Neighbourhood Inequalities.

Additional Member - Margaret Holden - Practice Manager Represenative
