The doctors occasionally undertake the training of undergraduate medical students. On these occasions students and trainees will sit in during consultations for training purposes. You would be notified of this in advance.

Please speak with the receptionist if you do not wish them to be present during your consultation.

Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) are able to assess, diagnose and treat complex and undifferentiated health Conditions, very similar to a GP role.  They are able to diagnose, prescribe medication, refer patients to other services, manage complete care, and are an integral part of the practice team.

Practice Nurses are specialised in Chronic Disease management, smears and in some cases minor ailments.

Treatment Room Nurses

They will help you with  removal of stitches, blood pressure checks, dressings and  general nursing duties.  If you wish to see the nurse, please make an appointment.

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Practice pharmacists are skilled Practitioners, who can offer minor ailment services, blood pressure reviews, new patient reviews and medication reviews.
