Billy Jo Negus - Reception Team Leader
Billy Jo is our Team Leader and looks after the smooth running of our reception area ensuring our reception team offer an efficient service to patients as well as exceptional customer service. Our administration and reception team are Lauren, Lydia, Sherry, Kathy, Sue, Channing, Mia, Billie, Christina, Eve, Courtney, Emma, Ashley & Sarah. Our administrators and receptionists have a very important role at the practice and are dedicated in providing a reliable and efficient service. They are here to help you and are your link with the rest of the health care team. If you have any enquiries, our reception staff will be happy to help you, but please do remember that they have a difficult job with telephone calls and queries coming at them from every direction. When you telephone for medical attention the receptionist may need to ask you one or two questions in order to judge the urgency of your request - they have been asked to do this. We are of course happy and able to take requests for prescriptions by Fax (01323 723136) by letter or by using the repeat prescription request on this website. Please note we do not routinely Fax prescriptions to Chemists as this takes staff away from other duties. We will of course assist you in an emergency situation but you should order your prescription in sufficient time for it to be collected by the Chemist concerned dring one of their daily collections. Because of new guidelines we are sorry but we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone. Please try not to be impatient with staff when they explain this to you. New guidelines have been introduced to minimise the risk of the wrong item being printed. Please let us know if you have any suggestions for improving our services to you, we are always prepared to listen to your comments and constructive criticism. Our team is the vital link between you and your doctor and the rest of the Health Care Team; they will do all they can to help you with your queries and requests, please treat them with Respect - Thank you |
