IMPORTANT NOTICE

YOU CAN NO LONGER ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE

**IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION**

**SIGNFICANT DISRUPTION TO ALL HEALTH CENTRE SERVICES IN OCTOBER 2025**

We are writing to inform you that Drs Quinn Brolly and Ross Practice will be switching to a new computer system in October 2025. This is beyond our control. It will significantly affect all our services for several weeks, including appointments, prescriptions and treatment room availability.

We will have very limited computer access  from 16th October until  4th November as the changeover happens and training occurs. During these dates,  appointments will be for emergency only issues. (palliative care patients and leg dressings will be accommodated).

Please ensure on the week beginning 6th October 2025 that you will have enough medication for the next 4 weeks and order if your medication will be needed. Note – controlled drugs (eg diazepam, sleeping tablets, opioid pain killers and patches) can only be ordered when due and cannot be issued early.

From 13th October, the online prescription ordering system will be deactivated. If you need  medication after this date, a handwritten request can be placed into the post-boxes near the main door. (name, address, date of birth, medication required)

We will inform you by email how to activate online access to  the new computer system in November 2025.

We will be unable to offer any blood tests from Monday 13th October as the result system will be turned off.

Once the new system is installed, we will gradually increase appointment numbers  until we are back at usual capacity and service in November.

Please ensure we have your up to date mobile number and email address.

We appreciate your patience and co-operation as we navigate over to this new system.
