Ring in advance from 8.30am if you need to speak to or see a health care professional.

ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) & GP telephone triage and appointments are available from 8.30am.

Physio, Social Work Assistance and Mental Health appointments are pre-bookable at anytime of day.  

Deaf & hearing loss patients: please let us know your preferred method of contact (BSL/ISL, Loop, email, text).

When having a phone consultation, find somewhere quiet where you can speak aloud and have a note of what you want to discuss in front of you.

If you need a repeat prescription, you can use the  online ordering facility or place your order in the postbox inside the front door . Our staff can help you register for the online facility.
