Order from you Local Pharmacy

We operate a co-operative system with the local pharmacists in Rhiwbina, Birchgrove, Llanishen, Heath and Whitchurch so you may either leave your repeat prescriptions requests with them or place your request in the repeat prescribing box which is located on the reception desk at the surgery. Where possible please complete the order form which was attached to your last prescription by only ticking the items required.

Order via Email to us

Order your prescription from the practice by email

Unfortunately, we do not accept telephone requested medication.

Remember

  • Think in advance and never run out of your medication
  • Only order the medication that you actually need
  • Please order all regular medication together in one monthly request
  • If there is any medication listed on your request slip that you no longer take please inform the surgery
  • Do not share your medication with family or friends, this can prove very dangerous

Away from home or a student going home for the holidays?

We do not fax actual prescriptions.  Faxed prescriptions are not legally valid.  Please register as a temporary resident with your local practice to obtain prescriptions and health care advice.  We will see any patients residing within our practice area seeking the same on a temporary basis.  This will not remove you as a patient from your usual practice when you see us.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
