Repeat Prescriptions
Patients on regular medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- In person - please either take along your completed tear off slip from your last prescription or fill in a prescription request form and put it in the box at reception.
- By telephone – 01224 849595
- Online – via the link at the top of this page (please contact reception to sign up for this service - click here to read more).

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a clinician for regular reviews. A notification will appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appointment when asked to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
