PRACTICE BOUNDARY

All surgeries have a boundary which defines the area in which the surgery operates as set out in our contract with the Health Board. Practices can only register patients living within their specified boundary - please contact us to confirm if you are within our boundary area.

ALREADY REGISTERED WITH US?

There will be no changes for existing patients who may now find themselves living out with our new boundary area - you will remain registered at the Surgery as before. You will not be removed from the Practice list!

MOVING HOUSE?

If your new address falls out with our new boundary, we would ask you to register with a surgery closer to your new home address.
