We close the last Thursday afternoon of every month, this is necessary for all the practice team to undertake mandatory training. Please be aware that this may change from time to time so check this web site and notice boards in the surgery.

Healthcare Team 

Community Midwives 

If you are pregnant you can self-refer to Midwifery Services at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust.

The Midwives provide antenatal clinics at the surgery on a Friday. All consultations are by appointment.

Community Nurses 

The Community Nurses are based at Grappenhall Clinic, Springfield Avenue (telephone number - 01925 217236) and can be contacted directly or via the Doctor. They are a team of highly skilled Nurses who offer advice and support to patients and families and give specialist nursing care to patients in their own home.

Health Visitors 

The health visitors are all qualified nurses, with further qualifications in Health Visiting and Paediatrics. They can be contacted on 01925 217232 between 8.30-10.00am every weekday morning or a message can be left outside these hours.

Attached Staff 

Our dietitian is Amanda Mills. She attends the Practice once a week on a Wednesday. All consultations are by appointment and you must first be referred by a Doctor or Practice nurse
