We ask that you bring your GMS/Doctor Visit Card with you for all your appointments to avoid being charged incorrectly.

Under 6 Doctor Visit Card

We are participating in the under 6 GP Scheme.

Please note:  If you have not registered and received a valid under 6 GP visit card, your child's consultation will not be covered.   You can apply online(see link below). An application for an under 6 GP visit card usually takes an average of 10 days to be processed.
