Consultations are by appointment only. During COVID-19 pandemic we are offering telephone consultations to manage most conditions however your doctor will arrange face to face review if they feel it is required.

Here are a few ways you can help us provide a better service to you:

Please phone in advance for non-urgent appointments.  It is best to book a few days in advance where possible.

For urgent problems we will make every effort to see you on the day.  However, if there are no free appointments on the day, you may have to wait to be seen.

If you cannot attend for your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient who needs it.

Please notify the receptionist at the time of booking if you need a special service for example vaccination, maternity appointment or travel consultation.  A brief description of what you need will help us to give you the most suitable appointment.

If your problem is very urgent or you feel too ill to wait, please tell us as we will always give priority to such cases.

Some delays are inevitable in medical practice due to the urgent nature of some problems, but please rest assured that we are trying to minimize them and that we are very conscious of them when they do occur.
