We close the last Thursday afternoon of every month, this is necessary for all the practice team to undertake mandatory training. Please be aware that this may change from time to time so check this web site and notice boards in the surgery.

Use eConsult for: 

  • Advice from your doctor
  • Self-help information 
  • Admin requests (e.g. sick notes, test results etc.) 

eConsults can be used Monday - Friday 8:00am-6:30pm

 If you require urgent assistance when we are closed please call 111 or 999 if an emergency.

Please use the correct eConsult template for your condition.

Clinical eConsults will be responded to by 6.30pm the next working day. This could be by text from our Assistant Practitioner with further information to help your condition/advice to visit local pharmacist or offer of telephone consultation with GP or Nurse Practitioner as appropriate for your condition.

Please be patient if you have sent in a non-urgent or routine request. Your surgery will contact you as soon as possible.

Administration queries will be dealt with within 3 working days. Your best route is via the eConsult admin tab or email to cmicb-war.stocktonheathadmin@nhs.net

Do not use eConsult to contact your surgery about the COVID vaccine. The NHS will contact you when it's your turn.
