Home Visits

If you are too ill to attend the medical centre and need a doctor to visit please ring either 01825 732333 before 11.00am.

The appropriateness of a visit is at the duty doctor’s discretion. When the medical centres are closed please ring NHS 111.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
