Home Visits 

To request a home visit please call the surgery before 10:30. 

Home visits are at the discretion of the doctors and are normally for housebound or elderly patients. 

Please give as much detail as possible to the reception staff when making the request and ensure you leave a contact telephone number.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years
