When you arrive for your appointment

you will be greeted by a receptionist and checked in for your appointment.

The doctor that you are seeing will have

full access to your medical records and

will order tests or arrange referral to a specialist if required.

If you have arranged an appointment

and then no longer require it please

cancel the appointment via your own GP Practice so it can then be offered to

another patient.
