Shay Lane Medical Centre is a purpose built health clinic incorporating 2 separate GP practices.

getintouch.jpg Dr Patel's Practice has a team of 5 GPs looking after a practice population of around 6000 patients. Along with 2 practice nurses, community nurses and health visitors, we are concerned not only with the management of illness but also with providing effective health promotion and prevention of ill health. We have a dedicated administrative team and our aim is to provide a professional, efficient and caring service to patients.

DISABLED ACCESS

The practice is purpose-built and all consulting rooms are on the same level. There is a disabled toilet in the building and reserved parking. A wheelchair is available for use if necessary. Please ask for assistance if required, there is a door bell situated to the right of the main door.
